IRISH FILM BOARD IS INCOMPETENT!

That's according to the Oscar Wilde awards in America. They've had enough of the IFB and being 'messed around by official Ireland'. Seems the IFB are refusing to help fund these awards. Yet they help to fund the 'superbly' organised IFTAs?
