HOT PRESS HAVING A LAUGH?
Current issue of Hot press magazine has an article on the ones to watch for 2012 in Irish film. Lots of bland acting faces there but one name stood out. Kirsten Sheridan! How in the name of almighty can this talentless hack be considered a new talent for 2012? She's been making films since the late 1990s and not very well. Now she's a new talent to watch? Hot press are having a laugh if they rate Sheridan as a new talent considering she has none and has been in the public eye for the last FIFTEEN years. How many chances will she be given? Here's a prediction: at the end of this year when Hot press list their films of the year Dollhouse will not get a mention!
