Puffball
A while back this blog published a post complaining that there are no really bad Irish movies! Not derivative stuff like Anton or Perrier's bounty. Rather the movies that are so awful that they're good. The movies that makes you ask 'what were they thinking?'. The closest we have is Puffball. This is some film! Stolen condoms, women forcing themselves onto men in order to have a baby, mushrooms (puffballs), stock footage of squirting semen, an uncompleted jigsaw, and a scary dog. Would love to have been in the Galway Film Fleadh audience when this got screened! Three redheads of different ages conspire to have a baby and various magic and men-swapping ensue. What a movie!
