That waste of space in Nassau Street called the Douglas Hyde gallery has free daily screenings of Irish silent films from 100 years ago! Open to the public, it's downstairs in the gallery, in a small room with seating. Mostly shorts but features Coleen bawn and Ireland a nation are included.
